As a trainer and facilitator, she delivers customized sessions on media relations, crisis response, and spokesperson preparation for executives, health leaders, and researchers. Known for a strategic, responsive, and collaborative style, she creates an environment that puts participants at ease while driving meaningful results. Catherine previously led pandemic communications for a regional health authority in B.C., including internal training during high-pressure public health events. Trusted by Cabinet Ministers and CEOs alike, she holds a Master’s in Communications Management from Syracuse University.
