His 5 years of agency work and his experience within a large event organization have also led him to develop an arsenal of varied skills combining digital communications, issues management, change management, corporate communications, internal communications and influence marketing. His clear-sightedness and efficiency make him a formidable ally in solving complex issues.
Marc-André holds a bachelor's degree in public communication from Université Laval, where he now lectures regularly. He is also a member of the consulting committee of the Observatoire des médias sociaux en relations publiques. He holds a certification in neurolinguistic programming and is currently completing another in brainstorming techniques.
