Sergueï is a results-oriented leader who is recognized for his ability to analyze complex issues and to work through unusual situations. Specialized in social acceptability, he has developed his skills in both business and government. He knows how to reconcile the realities of the field with the business objectives of organizations in the development and deployment of public communication strategies and relational campaigns.
Sergueï has worked for more than seven years in the energy industry as a public and government relations manager. He also worked as an advisor in the office of the Minister of International Relations and of the Francophonie, which allowed him to dive into project management, policy analysis and strategy development at the local, national and international levels. He has also deepened his understanding of the business environment of different industries and their challenges as a commercial property and casualty insurance broker.
Sergueï holds a university degree in Études internationales et langues modernes from Université Laval.
