Faced with complex problems, Stéphane knows how to use his creativity to identify innovative solutions that he delivers with rigour. Endowed with an inexhaustible curiosity, he takes every opportunity to learn more about the world around him.

Before joining the TACT team, Stéphane worked as a political attaché to the Quebec Minister of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion. Between 2017 and 2019, he also chaired the youth wing of a provincial political party. During this mandate, he was regularly called upon to intervene on the media scene to promote the positions of its members, thereby developing his skills as a communicator and popularizer.

Stéphane holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from McGill University and recently completed a master’s degree in management science at HEC Montréal. His research paper focused on the study and analysis of the entrepreneurial character of the electoral strategies implemented by the French political party “En Marche!” in the context of the 2017 presidential election.
