He also played a central role in the transformation of the health network in his role of Chief of Staff to the Minister of Health and Social Services. He has distinguished himself by leading major bills concerning the organization of the network, access to care and the regulation of business practices in the pharmaceutical sector. In addition to health, he also specializes in transportation.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Université de Sherbrooke and a Master's degree in History from Université de Montréal.
