Joëlle, a skilled and versatile communicator, is energetic and conscientious. Her strategic analysis of political events means she can quickly pinpoint the information her clients need to conduct their business.

As a recipient of a National Assembly of Quebec Jean-Charles-Bonenfant scholarship, Joëlle gained first-hand experience of parliamentary happenings and the work of elected representatives. Not only is she familiar with the ins and outs of Quebec’s parliament, she can also eloquently explain the system to the lay person. In recent years she has drawn up public affairs strategies and launched creative communication initiatives to help a large number of organizations in a wide variety of fields reach their objectives.

Joëlle has a master’s from Université Laval’s Institut québécois des hautes études internationales. She is actively involved in her community, having served as administrator of the Vieux-Limoilou district council, vice chair for administration and communications for the international relations students group, and a member of the Caisse Desjardins youth committee.
