Justine stands out for her critical analysis skills and strategic approach. Her rigour and ability to synthesize allow her to approach each project with efficiency and professionalism. She also firmly believes that teamwork is a way to excel.
Recipient of the Jean-Charles Bonenfant scholarship from the National Assembly, Justine spent a year working with elected officials at the frenetic pace of Parliament. She developed a keen understanding of how parliamentary committees work. She also participated in the organization of parliamentary proceedings for a political party and in the drafting of bills. In addition, she worked in the Office of the President of the National Assembly. A good communicator, Justine has also taught French in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for a Québec immigration assistance program.
Justine holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Université Laval and is in the process of obtaining her master's degree in administrative sciences, international development management and humanitarian action. She has demonstrated her skills in the university sector by getting involved in many student associations and boards of directors.
