On the strength of her long and distinguished career in Québec’s senior public service and its health and social services network, Lise is able to offer her clients proven expertise and leadership regarding the decentralization of services and an intimate knowledge of the needs, perspectives and rights of those using the province’s health and social services.
Beginning as Executive Director of the Association des centres de services sociaux, she went on to become the first Director of the new Régie régionale de la Santé et des Services sociaux de Laval, and then headed the Conférence des régies régionales de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec. Following this, she held the positions of Deputy Minister of Health and Social Services, Deputy Minister of Regions, and Health and Social Services Ombudsman.
For the past seven years, Lise served as Executive Director of the Association québécoise d’établissements de santé et de services sociaux (AQESSS).
Lise has a master’s degree in business administration and was awarded the Knighthood of the Ordre national du Québec in June 2013.
