Isabelle has carried out numerous mandates, notably for government departments, the Centre d'études sur les médias and the Groupe de recherche sur les mutations du journalisme. She has also worked in communications in the education network and in culture, and has a keen interest in information technology. She is passionately involved in all aspects of the digital transformation of organizations and the implementation of innovative communication practices.

With her agile writing style, she knows how to attract attention with content that is well explained for the general population and adapted to each audience. Rigorous and meticulous, she was a writer, linguistic editor and print journalist at the beginning of her career.

Isabelle holds a Ph.D. and a master's degree in public communications from Université Laval. Her research interests include media relations in the digital age and she has authored book chapters and scholarly articles on this topic. During her undergraduate studies, marked by multidisciplinary interests, she explored the fields of journalism, professional writing and film.
